What to do if the score can't fit on the page

While notating a score for orchestra, I noticed all the notations can't fit on the page. A section of the bottom of the page is completely clipped off. I've tried adjusting page settings to try to use all the space available on the page, but to little avail. I'm curious to know if there's a way to make the entire score smaller and more compact while keeping all elements to scale in comparison with each other. Thank you.
