Cutting and insert-pasting a range of bars

Hi,

Is there a way to cut a range of bars from one place and inserting it into another place, including repeats, volta info etc, and that the cut range will disappear (not only the notes, leaving empty bars), and "reappear" in the new place as new bars, without overriding existing notes?
