synchronizing between musicans

Hello, I do not know if this is the correct place to ask, but I do so.
I play in a band and there are 5 of us.
I know that I can share a score with others in the musescore, but I wonder as a band leader, and in the live session or in the practices. How Can I browse scores and select the one I like to play and all others see exactly what I have chosen? I mean what the leader of band look at is the other members see can see. That we are synchronized?
Dose such function exist?
