How can I configure MIDI keyboard for input the note in Linux Version?
Today I tried to connect newly bought MIDI keyboard to my computer that using Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. However, I can't make the MIDI keyboard input anything in Musescore no matter how I configure I/O preference into PulseAudio, ALSA, or JACK (under all of those configurations there is no drop down menu that I can choose the input device). So, may I ask how to configure it so my keyboard can work with Musescore.

You don't mention reading the handbook on setting up the Midi keyboard:
https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/note-input#midi-keyboard
It says:
1. Connect your MIDI keyboard to the computer and switch the former on
2. Start MuseScore (this must be done after the keyboard is switched on)
3. ...
Did you do this?

I already do all that. and "Enable MIDI Input" in Note input tab in Preferences is also checked by default. For the I/O tab, I can't select MIDI input device.

Why are you running a 3.6.2 unstable test version and not the 3.6.2 released AppImage?

Because it will not really be install in to the system so I install snap version. I think it's the same.
Is it not? Okay, I will try.

It is not, the AppImage is the only one provided by the MuseScore devs and the only one supported.
You can also install the AppImage by using the "install" option as per https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/install-linux#AppImage

Thanks, problem solved now.
