adding a flat to a chord notation?

I can't figure out how to make the chord notation acknowledge that I am in the key of F - all of my B chords will not change to B flat. I am using a QWERTY keyboard, not a piano keyboard. I could not find a "help" instruction on this. Can someone tell me how?
