Condense 2 voices into 1
How do I make all the notes one voice here?

To make them a single voice, their durations will have to match up.
1. Select all quarter voice 1 notes via right-click > Select > More...
2. Set their duration to 1/8th
3. Select All
4. Press the voice 1 button
5. Select all voice 2 rests
6. Delete
7. Ctrl-A, Ctrl-R to reset voice 1 rest positions
