I need to figure out how to appropriately format this measure
So, I'm in the middle of digitizing some sheet music that I have, so I can turn it into a midi file and use it in my audio editing software. However I can't figure out how to format a certain measure. can you help?

The .png file looks ok -- 4 beats per measure.
The ,jpg lacks context. What is the time signature, or what does a whole measure look like?

The song is "Part of Your World" from The Little Mermaid. It has a 4:4 time signature, and is in F major.
You want to do a "tuplet", in this case a "triplet" of quarter notes.
