Missing Rest in Rhythmic Slash Notation

Hi,

Please advise on missing rest in slashes.

I am missing a half-note rest on beat one - i.e.:
the slashes only equal 3.5 beats in a 4-beat measure!

I started with the slashes in the middle of the staff, which had the half-note rest on beat one where it should be.

I then migrated the slashes to voice 3 - so that I can raise them above the staff.
(Steps/FYI: Selected the target area / selected Voice 3 / Selected again / Tools / Target Rhythic Slash Notation)

At that point I didn't see the half not rest and couldn't do it on my own.
