Enter Smaller Notes (i.e. lead lines)

HI,

I wish to enter Voice 2 notes as a smaller size (i.e., to indicate that they are just chord tones as opposed to the main voice / melody).

The following option didn't work (but TBH, I am really looking for a "stock" note size that I don't have to customise):
Format → Style... → Sizes -> setting the note to 60% didn't work.

Please see image of notes I want smaller (F#, to F, to E...)
