Changing time signature
I'm trying to change time signatures from 12/8 to 9/8. Keep getting an error message: Cannot Rewrite Measures: Tuplet would cross measure. Is there a work around this? Thank you.

It would help if you posted the score and said which measure you were trying to change.
Most likely you have content in the following measures that'll be affected by this.
