Can you replicate the first second of this song with MuseScore and free sound fonts?
I mean, not transcribing the notes, but creating similar sound with MuseScore and free sound fonts.

Probably. What have you trued so far? Remember that MuseScore is primarily a notation program and that playback is a secondary issue.
If you mean the drum fill and slide, and you mean a preprogrammed file, I doubt it without quite a search through sf2 files and some audio editing.
