Adding Brush Sound Effect

Hello, I am currently working on a score at the moment, and I'm trying to figure out how to add/use the brush sound affect for drums to the slash note I made. Note: I already adjusted the mixer setting from "Standard" to "Brush 2." I just have no idea where to go from there. If possible, send screenshots, I'm a better visual learner. I'm also inserting the score for more reference
