Unable to even open a song in the app

I am paying PRO member and I can't access my favorite songs to change keys in my iPhone or Ipad. I get prompted basically an add for PRO+, telling me with PRO I can change keys and not letting me past that page unless I upgrade. Terrible. Is this happening to other people?

When I close the ad I get sent back to the favorites list, unable to enter the song.
