Wrong cursor advancement on entry of non-voice 1 measure completing tied note.
For a voice other than 1, entering a tied note that completes a measure advances the cursor to the next note/rest in the same voice instead of to the next measure.
To demonstrate the problem, open the attached score which contains several measures having voice 1 notes/rests with the last measure also containing a voice 2 whole note.
Enter a tied note in voice 2 completing the first measure by performing the following:
- Select the rest in the first measure
- Enter (Step-Time) note input mode
- Select voice 2
- Enter a half note of any pitch
- Complete the measure with a tied half note by pressing ‘+’
You will notice that the cursor has jumped to the whole note in the last measure. Entering a non-tied note originally intended for the next sequential measure at this time will instead begin altering the notes in this unexpected location.
While the problem only appears to occur for voices other than 1, I expect that voice 1 also works similarly except that every measure contains voice 1 notes/rests making it appear to be working correctly.
