How do I change from Alto 1 to Clarinet and then back again in a Jazz chart , could not find in HELP info

I am rewriting a handwritten Jazz chart, and all Saxes all have in line changes from their individual Sax to Flute then back to Sax, then to Clarinet then back to Sax. So, the key changes. How do I insert this change, and have it sync with the base Piano chart key. I would assume to be able to make simple full chart key change when I am done inputting the chart and have these instrument inserts also move/change key automatically
