Can't Find Styles

Hello,

I just upgraded to MuseScore 3.6 (fashionably late to the party, I know). I tried out the new style and like the look of it, but would prefer to keep using the old style I used in 3.5. I read in another thread that I should load "legacy-style-default-v3.mss" from my Styles folder to make this restoration. However, when I right-click and select "Load Style...", my Styles folder comes up empty. I've searched my computer for the specified filename to no avail. To my knowledge I've never saved a style, just used the default, but I assumed the default would be saved somewhere I can access. Am I missing something? How can I restore my scores to the old style?

I'm running macOS 10.15 if that's relevant.
