Run Over a Note

Hello, is there a way to have a suspended note and a run over it? For example, I want a quarter note to be held and then a 16th note run over the suspended quarter note.
Kinda like the example I provided. Please let me know. Thanks!

Enter the 16th notes in voice 1. Enter the quarter note in voice 2. (The note stems will flip up for voice 1, down for 2.)
