The music does not print

I made a score using Musescore 3 and uploaded it but when I printed it the papers were just blank except fot the page numbers. This happened when I tried printing it from the creator software on my computer and also when I uploaded it to the website and tried to print it. On the website it will play the audio, there is just no title, staff, notes, or anything.
