Mid-bar line breaks

Recently I've been trying to arrange Beethoven's Sonata Pathétique for Brass Band, and bar 10 included a whopping 47 note heads in the same bar, which doesn't fit on the page for the part score. In the original version of the piece, the bar was split onto multiple lines, which is the only reasonable option to deal with such a long bar. Unfortunately this isn't available in MuseScore, which means that the only option would be to reduce the stave space, which just isn't viable for part scores of this nature.
