Footer field elements misaligned - how do I control relative vertical alignment

Apologies if this has been covered before. I've searched the forum and experimented with settings for quite some time and cannot figure this out. Basically I have footer text lines in the left footer field and the right footer field, and they have different vertical alignments. I've experimented with pretty much everything in "Format > Style > Page" and "Format > Style > Text > Footer" and cannot figure out what is causing the misalignment.
