Last time I had this issue, I checked every forum, every mega-list of answers, everything, and nothing solved it. Not restarting, not uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing. It just magically fixed itself after two weeks. So please, if you have any ideas that AREN'T ON THE MEGA LIST to make this go faster, I would like to hear them.
I've been to that mega list so many dozens of times; I beg you don't link it, I know it exists and it doesn't work. :)
