Refund not being given or even acknowledged
I have reached out three times for a refund regarding a subscription that I didn’t use within the 48 hours. Is anyone having issues with the MuseScore staff with a delay in the refund policy? All I request is a refund, don’t want to extend this issue further then I have to.

here on musescore.org, it is nothing about subscription (to pro account). This site only deals with the desktop notation software. No one here can help you with refunds. Please contact the staff on musescore.com.

I’ve contacted multiple times. It seems like they’re just ignoring this issue. Do they have a contact number?
