If it's on a separate voice in a multichannel instrument, then make sure the voice is linked to the channel (via a Staff Text) and use the mixer to increase that channel (or lower the others).
If you used the closed SATB template you can use the preconfigured S/A and T/B texts from the text panel for this purpose.
