How do I enter Triplets (first and second voices) in a measure (example, measure 22 & 23 in attached file) ?

In this score it looks like it's actually both in voice 1 and using cross-staff notation
But the procedure for entering triplets in voice 2 is identical to entering it in voice 1; select the total duration and then issue the triplet command. See also https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/tuplets
