Can you create a chord chart from a score

(picture below of what I mean by "chord chart")

I do a lot of the sheet music management for my church. Our guitarists often find lead sheets more distracting than helpful and are much more used to the lyrics + chords format. Is there a way to generate something like this in MuseScore? I've searched the forum, but I haven't found anything pertaining to this particular type of chord chart.

Yes, but not extremely easily.

You can set the staff to display almost nothing in the Staff Properties. You can set the vertical default position of Chord Symbols and Lyrics, and you can turn all notes invisible.
