About shakuhachi soundfont

I am using a shakuhachi soundfont in the given list, but the playback volume for different pitches are too even. As from what I know, other than the five fundamental notes D, F, G, A, C (holes on the instrument), the other pitches should be less pronounced (like A should sound fuller than Bb). I am not sure if this feature can be incorporated in the soundfont itself or is there any plugin for the purpose?
