clarinet trills sound weird

I was making Sleigh ride by Leroy Anderson just to see what it sounds like in Musescore, and the part where the clarinets trill, they don't sound right. Also, when I change the dynamic or tempo, it starts to sound right, but that's what the song says and I want it to sound right. does anyone know what's happening and how to fix it?
