Move Measures Over
I have a half rest that makes it have a weird silence and I want to know how to shift the rest over so I can remove it.
The half rest silences are at measures 120 and 152

I don't know if this is something you have written or have copied but if you want to remove those gaps (even if some might find them musically correct) then you can do it.
For the first one, place a 4/4 Time Signature in Measure 121. Then a 2/4 in Measure 120. This will effectively split Measure 120 into two new measures - delete the empty one.
