Can I make system header start from the middle like the attached score?

I tried every means I knew (measure properties, horizontal frame), but I couldn't make system header start from the middle like score.
The problem is there's a percussion part, so instrument names and bracket remains at the start of the line.
If anyone knows a way to do this, please let me know.
