Useless files

When I open Musescore, there is a window showing all the files I have. These fall into two categories:

1: Completed files that can be published to YouTube. These files match the names of the songs.
2: Useless files that take up space and cannot be found in the File Explorer. These have names like "scq14044" and "scUh5528".

How do I delete the useless files?
