Perpetual freezing
How nice if Musescore didn't freeze up (little blue circle) every two minutes needing shutting down and restarting? Makes for rather slow progress!!
Just wanted to set out a 12-bar blues but adding notes to make up a chord, or just naming the triplet notes at the end of bar 1 (yes, 45 minutes on bar 1) cause Musescore to go into etrnal thinking mode.
So it's back to a vintage version of Sibelius again to get the job done.

Needless to say that this is not normal nor expected behavior at all.
Every 2mins seems to indicate the auto-save interval?
Have you tried a reset to factory defaults and start with a new clean score?
Does this happen on every score or just a particular one? If so, could you attach it for inspection?
