Quickly adding fingerings
When adding fingerings, is there a quicker way to jump to the next note besides mouse-clicking? Also, is it possible to copy/paste fingerings between notes instead of punching each one out manually from the palette?

Or first select a bunch of notes, then once click the palette element to have it apply to all of them (this works for nearly all palette elements, not just fingering).
