Moving an entire score

I had a piece transcribed and needed to copy it with a different staff system format. When I set up the new score I forgot that I needed a pick-up measure to start. I found this out after I'd copied all the notes over and found that the measures didn't line up.

I added the pick-up measure in the new score but don't know how to move everything back one beat. Can anyone give me a clue of how to do this?
