Removing Barlines-related Question
Hello! I am writing a solo trombone piece and I want the beginning section to be out of time so completely rubato, up to the performer, etc. Is there a way for the first portion of the piece to not have barlines or a time signature but then have those things stated in a faster, in-time B section?

Change the duration of the first measure to make it as long as you require.
