I assume that "models" are the Italian equivalent of English "templates". They work fine for me with this fairly recent nightly.
OS: Windows 10 Version 2009, Arch.: x86_64,
MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.0-223080418, revision: 2c34155
If you are still using the Beta released on 18 Oct, try a later version from here https://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/musescore-nightlies/
If you can reproduce the problem in the latest nightly version, you should report it on Github https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues as recommended in the Beta announcement
Also note that if those templates were created in an older test version (might even be the 1st beta?) that the score format did change in the last month a bit as well, which might make them incompatible.
