5 to 117 EDO Retuning & Transposing Plugins Suite

Pitch-up/Pitch-down does not work when in 31-EDO, works perfectly well in all other EDOs (including 62-EDO, 2*31). The pitch up/down functions raise/lower pitches by 24-EDO step.

To reproduce:
On bar 1: Crtl+Shift+T -> "31 EDO" -> Plugins -> pitch up/down
