Multi-measure rest tremolo
I'm trying to do a four measure tremolo that lasts the whole measure, but every time a new measure is played, it stops playing right before that measure for like half a beat. How do I fix that?

It is not clear what you are trying to do. A tremolo is an indication to play multiple repetitions of a note or alternating notes. A multi measure rest is an indication to not play anything Which do you want; to play or not to play?
A picture, even hand drawn, of what you want the result to look like would help us understand.
