Help! I'm a flute player and don't play chords.

I need to enter a measure like the one pictured below, I'm a flute player so I don't do things like this and don't even know what this is called which makes it impossible to search! Some kind of chord? But when I try to enter it, I can get either the two quarters OR the half, but not both on top of each other. Is it possible to enter this in this software, and if so, how?
