ASO instruments ignore articulations
It's come to my attention that when I write music with articulations for the instruments supplied by the Aegean Symphonic Orchestra soundfont, the articulations are completely ignored upon playback. I've only been able to fix the problem by switching the instrument to the Musescore Basic instrument but changing the patch to the desired ASO sound. Now that workaround is problematic for me, because I rely on ASO to supply instruments that are not native to Musescore in my projects and often need to include specific articulations to maximize a desired playback. I've included an example of the problem I'm pointing out in the attached score.

I used to utilize ASO on my Linux system. Then I had to reinstall MuseScore 3.6.x Since then, I can't get ASO to be recognized in my MS3 environment, devil be darned... I've tried numerous times. Have you searched for the ASO developer's home page, to comment and ask questions there? I think, eventually, that developer will see your post, and reply here.

I did a Google search for "ASO soundfonts". It gives website: https://musical-artifacts.com/ Look through the items presented, you'll find stuff for MuseScore.

The "guy / people" behind the ASO soundfonts, that is their website. Scroll down a bit from top-of-page, you'll see a box titled "Musescore 3 sf2". Clicking on "More info" tells more. It mentions 'polyphone', which is another application to directly deal with soundfonts (and what's inside them, instrument-wise, I presume).
At the top, far-right corner of the website, there's a 'Contact' link, where you can contact the developer.
