MS4 pop-up windows disappearing as soon as I click an option.

Hello! Loving MS4 so far but running in to a problem. Whenever I try to edit any of the properties in the new pop-up menus (for instance the "Playback" button's pop-up under the "Properties" panel), the pop-up disappears as soon as I click. Have restarted the program to no avail. Interestingly, the "add Palate" pop-up works fine, even though it should be the same technology. I'm working around it by using the keyboard to select elements but it's a pain, please help!
