(4.0) Instruments are way higher pitched than normal.

So, I was trying to notate, as you do with notation software, and I encountered a bug that made it almost impossible to notate correctly. The pitch of any notes I placed was 3-4 octaves higher than what it would normally be and it seems to also be a semitone up. This isn't a bug with the normal sound font, as I've tried using an SF2, but got the same glitch. Anyone else experiencing this?
