MuseScore 4.0 Smooth Pan in Continuous View

In MuseScore 3.6 smooth panning (or smooth scrolling) of the score could be enabled bis selecting the following option Preferences/Advanced/SmoothPan/Enabled. This does not appear to be available (yet?) in 4.0, or am I just not finding the new location of this control?
