Notes ands beams not connected

Musescore 4.0 from new Hub download
Opening musescore 3.6.2.5 transcripts still have notes and beams disconnected. Reported this during nightly builds.

According to https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/15166 selecting them and pressing Ctrl/Cmd+R to reset their positions to default might be of help (until the bug is fixed).
