MS4.0, Windows 10.
It seems that MS4 refuses to shrink down to a mere 65, even 70% of the user's screen. I often use MS to arrange and copy things for work - so I need to have 3-4 windows of different applications visible at the same time. MS4 does not allow this. It functionally works, but I don't know if this is just a missing feature or intentional design. If it doesn't get fixed then I have no reason not to stay on MS3 for the foreseeable future.
Palettes also have this issue - movable and collapsable, but refuse to change size.
