Different Dynamics for Treble & Bass Clefs for MuseScore 4

I made this exact post a few days ago but nobody was able to help me so I am posting it again hoping someone who can help sees it this time. "In MuseScore 3, you could edit what dynamics could affect. You could change and make dynamics affect a whole system, a whole part, are a singular staff. This was useful if I wanted the Treble and Base Clefs of a Piano part to be two different dynamics simultaneously. However, I for the life of me cannot figure out how to do this in MuseScore 4 since the inspector is now the properties. The option to set dynamics to staff only is not there in the properties tab."
