How do I go to Coda after three time of repetition in the same couple of bars?

How the song should go: the intro would play out and then repeat at "1." The second time it should just keep going until "2." After that, the rest of the song would keep playing until "D.S." and return back to play the intro one last time (segno symbol). At that point, when it reaches the "D.C. al Fine", it should go to Coda and the song will end after. Problem is, I can't get it to do that. After the second time, it just jumps straight to Coda without playing "2." Let me know what I can do to fix this.
