Note dragging, playback start error and changing note lenght

Hi!
A few issues I found:
Issue nr1: It is not possible to drag a note to the wanted pitch anymore? Especially when inserting with mouse, I cannot drag the note to the suitable pitch (vertically), especially annoying when for example two piano staves (hands) are too close to each other and I want to add a lower note (2 or 3 ledger lines) in the right hand, but it keeps jumping to the left hand staff.. Now I had to manually add a staff spacer to drag the left hand staff more further to add the note..

Issue nr2: The playback always misses the first beat from the beginning, even when repeating back to the beginning of the score. I tested it with MuseSounds piano and external vst (soft synth), both act the same way-skiping the first beat.

Issue nr3: Could we please add a function when inserting a longer duration note on the shorter duration (or vice-versa) note or chord, that it would change the duration of the whole chord aswell. Right now it basically deletes the pre-existing chord and nudges the new duration and chord between or replaces it.

Im on M1 macbook air, Ventura 13.0.1
