Split stems
Is it possible in either Musescore 3 or 4 to implement split stems? I don't mean having two voices on the same note (questions about this are all I can find when searching for "split stem"), but rather multiple instances of the same note name with different accidentals, such as that shown in the attached image.
I would prefer to not have to attempt to do this by manually offsetting the notes and adding diagonal lines for the stems.

Probably not (MS3).

Since both notes are to be played simultaneously, this notation variant possible in MS3 should provide the same information: Play D# and Db together.
It is only a matter of representation.
