Musescore 4 crashes when adding time signature

I'm doing a piece with multiple movements, and the time signature is the same in the first two. I want to show the time signature at the start of the second movement (to make sure players know). I assumed you would do this by selecting the first bar of the second movement and clicking (or double clicking, not super sure) the time signature, even though it is current. However, this causes Musescore 4 to crash.
I'm running Musescore 4 on Windows 11 Home 22H2 22621.963.
