Tempo plays back slower than expected.

I set tempo in the score to 1 quarter note = 75 beats per minute. Time signature is 4/4. The playback is slower. It's closer to 68 or 69 beats per minute in stead of 75. The play control says tempo is 100%, what ever that means.

The main computer is a ASUS X370 main board with an AMD 5950X CPU. 64GB Ram, with an Nvidia graphics card and a Cakewalk V-Studio 100 DAW.

I'm suspecting there is an interface issue with the V-Studio 100.
I first tried the project on my Dell Laptop with which has an AMD 4800 CPU, and it played correctly over it's internal sound, the A note was 440Hz and the tempo was correct at 75 bpm.
So I then tried playing in back on my main computer using the integrated sound and it work as it should as well.

But the moment I switch the output device in MuseScore to use the V-Studio 100, the A note was around 403Hz and the tempo was around 69 bpm.

Is there anything that I can do? I really prefer to use the V-Studio for Audio IO.
I attached a basic project that demonstrates it but it's probably going to run normally unless you have a V-100.

I found the setting in the V-Studio 100. It's internal digital sampling frequency must be set to 48000. Apparently MuseScore 4 is slaving off this for the playback speed of the samples. It was set to 44100 which would make things play slower and pitched down. I didn't think MuseScore would be using the device in this manner.
